Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Iceberg Edge is a brand of Iceberg Digital Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Iceberg Edge," "we," "us"). We provide Amazon marketplace management services to brands and sellers. You can reach us at hello@amziceberg.com.
2. What these terms cover
These Terms of Service apply to the website at icebergedge.com (including pages served from amziceberg.com, which redirects here), the free listing audit, the website chat, and the client portal at portal.icebergedge.com (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Paid services are governed by a separate written Marketplace Services Agreement signed by both parties. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Free listing audit
When you submit ASINs or product details through the Site, we may prepare a short written review of your listing at no charge. The audit is informational, reflects our professional opinion at the time it is written, and is based on publicly visible listing data and third-party market data. It is not a promise of outcomes and does not create a client relationship. We may decline or limit audit requests at our discretion.
4. Website chat
The chat on the Site is AI-assisted. It gives general information about selling on Amazon and about our services. It cannot see your Amazon account and may be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on it for decisions about your business without checking with a person. Anything you type into the chat, including any email address or ASIN you share, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. A member of our team reads conversations that leave an email address.
5. Client portal
The client portal is available only to clients and the people they authorize. Access is by one-time sign-in link sent to an approved email address. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for the actions of anyone who signs in through it. Figures shown in the portal are drawn from Amazon reports and may be estimates (profit figures in particular). We may suspend portal access for security reasons or when an engagement ends.
6. Amazon and your accounts
Iceberg Edge is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. You remain the owner of your Amazon seller account, your advertising account, and your brand, and you remain responsible for complying with Amazon's policies. Any access you grant us is governed by Amazon's own authorization tools and can be revoked by you at any time.
7. No guarantee of results
Sales, rankings, Buy Box share, advertising performance, and account health depend on many factors we do not control, including Amazon's systems, competitors, inventory, and pricing. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any particular result. Any performance terms we do offer are set out only in a signed agreement.
8. Content and ownership
The Site, its design, text, graphics, and the iceberg artwork belong to Iceberg Digital Solutions, LLC. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of our services, but you may not copy, scrape, or reuse Site content commercially without our written permission. Product information you send us remains yours; you give us permission to use it to prepare your audit or deliver services to you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated submissions, no attempts to access other clients' data, no interference with the chat or portal, and no use of the Site for anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.
10. Limitation of liability
The Site, the free audit, and the chat are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iceberg Digital Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or sales, arising from use of the Site, the free audit, or the chat. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for paid services is addressed in the signed agreement for that engagement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@amziceberg.com.
