Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Iceberg Edge (a brand of Iceberg Digital Solutions, LLC, Texas) collects on icebergedge.com, amziceberg.com, and portal.icebergedge.com, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect little.
1. What we collect
- Audit requests. Your name, email address, brand or company, the ASINs or product links you send, and anything you write in the message box.
- Website chat. The messages you type, plus any email address or ASIN you include, and the page you were on.
- Client portal. The email address used to sign in, sign-in times, and the requests, approvals, files, and chat messages you submit inside the portal.
- Email. Anything you send to hello@amziceberg.com.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider logs standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not collect payment card numbers on the Site. Client billing is handled through Stripe under the signed services agreement.
2. How we use it
- To prepare and send the free listing audit you asked for.
- To answer your questions and follow up about our services.
- To run the client portal and deliver services to clients.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse (for example, blocking automated sign-ups).
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Website chat and AI
The website chat and the portal's "Ask your analyst" feature are powered by an AI model provided by Anthropic. The text you type is sent to that provider to generate a reply; it is used only to answer you and is not used to train the model. If you share an email address in the website chat, the conversation is forwarded to our team so a person can follow up.
4. Client portal
Portal sign-in uses a one-time link emailed to an approved address; we never store a password. Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person and may process technical data about your browser for that purpose. Portal data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the United States).
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the Site for us, and only as needed to do so:
- Netlify — website and portal hosting, form submissions.
- Supabase — portal sign-in and data storage.
- Cloudflare — sign-in security check.
- Anthropic — AI replies in the chat and portal.
- Resend — sending sign-in and notification emails.
- Google Workspace and Slack — our internal email and team notifications.
- HubSpot — our customer records for prospects and clients.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and we may transfer it as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. The portal stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in; the sign-in security check may set a cookie of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
7. How long we keep it
Audit requests and chat leads are kept while we may follow up, and deleted or anonymized when no longer useful. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long as needed afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
8. Your choices
Email hello@amziceberg.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop any follow-up from us. We will act on requests within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (for example the EU, UK, or California), those rights apply and you can exercise them the same way.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, portal sign-in is link-based with no stored passwords, and public sign-ups to the portal are disabled. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
10. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes and contact
